Mansion Five26 - Richmond

Great atmosphere, but slow service. this place has a great ambiente. it was clean, modern and very welcoming. unfortunately my lob stops there. there were two other parties sitting in the restaurant when we arrived, a big party and another party of 2. none had in the room had eat in the first 30 minutes. our food came out after about 35-40 minutes. eating was good, but it wasn't worth the cost or waiting. I wouldn't go back.

This is by far one of the worst places to eat in richmond! it is extremely overpriced and at top it my server was a female blonde art had a setting and then put 18 gratulation on a 3 top! the wine list doesn't match anything on the menu and also over price. I went in there twice for lunch and dinner and my lunch lasted 30 minutes and it was cold and when the manager came out there, it was this girl who didn't speak English. my second time was dinner when I had the blonde server and she was so bad and rude that it cleaned the experience for me. the place has potential, but needs other property.

Customer service. the conceptual customer satisfaction does not apply to this restorer. recently a group of my classmates and I gathered in this restaurator to celebrate our 10-year-old high school renion. while entering the restaurator the host was very friendly and polite. the waiter at our table was also very professional. as far as the waitress is concerned, she was very nasty and unprofessional. she pretended she had no care with the service she gave as long as she served us. Big Disappointment!!. The location of the restaurant in the beautiful Jackson War neighborhood, next to the Historic Hippodrome Theater offered a promising possibility of a night out with friends for a dinner, drinks, and a show…should have just skipped to the show. Service: We had set reservations so when we were arrived we were promptly seated at our reserved table. This was nice, because for the next 15 minutes we waited for someone to come take drinks acknowledge we were there. When we did order and the food came to our table of eight, the first four orders came out and then we sat there waiting for about 5 minutes for the rest of the table to get there food. Great Sunday Brunch!. Haven't been to Mansion in a while and had some company in town from NOVA and decided to hit the Mansion for Sunday Brunch. The **** Mary's were spicy, as requested, with an olive spear which made it grand for me because I am a olive lover . Our server, and I hate to say that I cannot remember her name, was friendly and knowledgable about the menu. It took a bit for the meal to arrive, but it was Sunday and the ****'s and relaxing conversation was enjoyed we did notice other diners really enjoying the low key relaxing atmosphere where rushing you through your meal was never apparent .
