Firehouse Subs Parham One - Richmond

Whoever was working at 2pm today needs some more training. I called to put in an order and was placed on hold for over 5 minutes. I hung up and called back and no answered. They literally picked up the phone and hung up so that the ringing would stop. Horrible customer service.

Clearly whoever is working here has no ability to multi-task has no respect for people's time. I was left on hold for over 5 minutes got hung up on 3 times

The food was absolutely amazing and the staff was so kind.

Excellent location. Staff made corrections when error occurred. Staff communicated appropriately.

My family and I had lunch here yesterday and we all got sick. I've been here before and I've never experienced such a bad visit. I won't be go8ng back anytime soon.
