Fazoli's - Richmond

I had the Baked Spaghetti and Meat Balls. Was very tasty ! The cashier was very polite and friendly. The restaurant was exceptionally clean. No complaints!

I had the Angus Beef Macaroni and Cheese and Pepperoni Pizza Bread Sticks. It tasted great. UPDATE:. August 5, 2022-I ordered the new Philly Cheese steak Ravioli, Cheese Pizza slice, Bread sticks, and Diet Coke. The ravioli was good. I also ordered theCinnamon Roll Cheesecake. It was so delicious that I forgot to take a picture of it. Shame on me!

Usually they are better but this girl just had a bad attitude we came 30 mins til. They messed up the order so being they couldn?t give the sauce because it was put in freezer already. The manager was kind he was trying between two upset females Isuppose.

I was coming in and then started ordering, the person who was talking my order got was clearly not listening. I was very upset. She even got something wrong on my order. Whenever you come here make sure that the person taking your order is actuallylistening.

Well .... I don't know if they are short staffed or what... But the employee waiting at the counter looked messy...and was just that. This person couldn't keep it together and was messing up left and right. I won't judge too hard, because everyone has offdays... But the experience wasn't the best... The floors were terrible..a broom in the floor .etc.
