Food is good for its price. Uni was tasty too. To those who gave it a bad rating because of the wait.... you can see how small the restaurant is and their capacity. Customers contribute to the long wait, not the restaurant. You’re giving them a bad review because other ppl want to eat there. Fkn snowflakes **** off

We have been here a few times. They have an excellent kids menu. Yes the wait times are long sometimes but they are a small restaurant with little seating so it is understandable. The sushi has always been perfect and the service wonderful! Husband and wife team and they are so friendly. Sometimes take out wait is 1 hour but if food is ready they have called me back to let me know.

We ordered the basic single layer sushi cake for a family birthday. It was definitely a hit, especially with the birthday girl! meticulously assembled and with great detail not only did it look fantastic, it tasted better than it looked. All the elements were fresh and delicious and it did not fall apart when cut. We also ordered their 'wowk ' party tray, and yes, it was also very well put together. They are very accommodating and a well run operation. Support local small business during these pandemic days has been our goal. We 're glad to have had the opportunity to try out this lovely place, well worth the drive across town!

This place never disappoints me. I love the freshness of the sashimi and their generous size of each piece. Each roll has a flavourful crunch to it making you wanting more. The taste is always consistent. They have a small limited indoor seating but my preference is to order takeout. Plan ahead. This place can get really busy for takeout during the holidays or certain celebratory days like Mother Father's day or Valentines day etc.

Best sushi in Richmond! Quality fish for a good price. The restaurant is really small though, so make sure to reserve. The chirashi don is soooo good. Can't wait to go back. Added some photos from when I got takeout for the first time and knew I needed to dine in.
