Pizza Hut - Richland

The driver was rude to me. He was swearing at me and being toxic when he was asking directions. I was at my girlfriend apartment for the first time and this happens. I’m not impressed. Food was really bad and cold. I spent $50.

I placed an order online. The order was for a curbside pickup, thus asking for a tip for the person to carry it out to the car. I went ahead and tipped and gave the information for the type of vehicle I would be driving. When I arrived, I called to let them know I was out front. I could see them standing at the counter. They said that they don 't do curbside delivery and that I could only come in to pick up my order. I had already prepaid the tip. When I walked in there was no one waiting, no lines, and no one in the restaurant. I asked if they did curbside pickup and they said, Not right now. The website needs to be updated so people aren 't paying tips for a service that isn 't offered. Or for a service that is only offered when the employees feel like it. I will not return to this location.
