Had ordered the food and the lady screamed at me and was absolutely rude! I said I should go on, then yell at me because I don't go fast enough, I get you all busy, but get employees who know how to customer service!

Place an order for a Jr. Cheese Burger and small frits on the drive through the window. I was told that the sum for the order was $5.20, but when I paid, they paid me $8.20. I asked the server about my change and she said I was wrong and that I was told $8,20. I asked for a receipt, but she said there were none. I don't eat food very quickly, but I was in a hurry. I should have asked for my money, and I should've got two doors to McDonalds. I hate to deal with dishonest staff. I'm not going back.

Place is extremely short occupied! I couldn't drive to answer. Staff pretended he never saw money before and didn't know how to accept cash or change. Staff didn't even have a cash drawer. Do not see many people working there; Grill wasn't occupied.

Last time I came to this Wendys. They always seem to be out of what I want. I was here three times this week to order breakfast. Cookies. Before it was no spicy nuggets. They are also extremely rude. It makes no sense to be a loyal customer here. 9:45AM Oct 2nd wasMy last Visit.
