The Crispy Cod - Rhondda Cynon Taf

As a regular customer at the Tonyrefail location, I was thrilled to hear that they had opened a new shop in Gelli. The quality of the food at both locations is outstanding, but there is still room for improvement. I don't think they are the best everywhere, but Mathew always works hard to satisfy his customers. The staff are also very attentive and friendly. I particularly enjoy the crispy cod dish.

The food is always top-notch with a wide variety of dishes available. The fish is particularly exceptional and the staff, especially Emma Lloyd, are incredibly friendly and helpful.

This restaurant and chip shop is well-managed. My wife had the chicken plate while I had the haddock, and we were both very impressed by the quality of the food. The chips were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, which is a rare find these days. The restaurant was clean and the toilets were immaculate. The young girl who served us was polite and made sure we enjoyed our meal. Although the hand dryer wasn't working, everything else was perfect. It's rare to find such a well-maintained establishment. During a return visit, we were happy to see that the seating area was open again. The food was just as good as before, and we truly enjoyed our meal. The hand dryer was working well, and the cod was crispy. We apologize for our previous statement about not finding a better fish and chip shop in South Wales.

They have a nice menu some different options that is nice to see. eating is always a good quality, we have been several times at different times of the day and never has problems. the employees are very polite and always smile it is a bit of a trek for us, but we will go back again and again, they must try this place I recommend it
