I often go to this restaurant, I have tried many over the years and I can assure you that this is the best I have ever been to. The dishes are carefully prepared, the quality of the food is excellent, the variety of choice is wide and well studied. The raw food is prepared on sight. The place is spacious with well-spaced tables and very well lit. Excellent cleanliness of tables, dishes and the entire place. The bathrooms are functional and clean. The service is really excellent, all the staff are friendly, helpful and fast. The presence of the owner Mauro was excellent, always available with advice on the choice of dishes and wine. Top marks for Zen Sushi Restaurant! Highly recommended!
