Chick-fil-a - Reston

I frequently use curbside pickup at Chick fil-a. Today I forgot to add ketchup to my order. One of the servers gladly and quickly brought some out for me so my kids would eat their lunch. It wasn't only the fact that he did it that earned me taking the time to write a review today. He was so kind and generous about it. Thank you for making my day better!

Several large trays breakfast minis for a work breakfast function and needed to pick them up very early. The staff was super friendly and the bowls were ready and the food was a hit. Thank you Chick-fil-A for helping to make the event a success. The manager even called to follow and make sure everything was good and everything went well. These are servicemen! Recommend this location

Another excellent lunch in Chick-fil-a! This location like any other Chick-fil-a has a friendly staff, clean restaurant and good food. The food was great as always and I enjoyed a hand spun cookies and cream milkshake afterwards for a treat after lunch. This location was busy at noon, but as always things moved smoothly and there was always a wealth of parking and sitting and enjoying your meal.

Oscar was about brilliant!!!. From the second we went to the second we left. I had my child with me and immediately he asked if I needed a sling or a high chair. He also gave us a bigger bag and offered additional help, as it was just me and 3 small. Great customer service. Definitively recommend this location

Excellent service! I went through the ride thru and a thoughtful young man named Lennin helped me. He ensured that there was a good amount of sauces and napkins in his pocket, as well as ensuring that everything I ordered was there. I hope to see him again when I come back!
