Ciro’s Il Lattaio - RENDE

The waiting times are very long. We got pizza at 11:00 from 8.30. Some nn pizzas were cooked, mine was burned in several points that I had to discard x the known dangers.

Yesterday evening after a long time I had the pleasure (which immediately turned into sorrow) to attend this place. Come in, we sit at a table under a water leak from the ceiling. They move us to another table near a refrigerator, it seemed to be in an oven. We leave this detail and decide to continue the curious evening to taste the famous pinsa. As an appetizer we ask “the potato mbacchiuse”, which arrive with punctuality but are inevitable and burned (I stop here, just see the photo attached). When the waitress comes to shoot the appetizer, let us know that we left everything because it was burned, the answer of the waitress: “Ah sorry”, without worrying about saying that maybe they could give it back. But the strong piece of the evening had yet to arrive, it spends more than an hour and the pineapple had not yet arrived, I ask info about the timing and the waitress shows up at the table with a dish of meatballs and one of fried potatoes and tells us that he carried those for the wait and that he did not know how much it wanted us, instead that he wanted us a little (without quantifying). At that point I decide after an hour and 10 minutes waiting to leave. For love of truth, the consummation I made was not made to pay but for the same truth there was no word nor an apology or explanation about the great wait. Not even the gentleman I presume is the owner. If this is the level, I'd say it's just embarrassing. Never again.

Great Pinsa and meatballs.. punctual service and with really nice and helpful girls, I wonder only how anyone taking orders did not show the least kindness or interest, sin!

Great pinsa!! Raw materials are sought and give quality to the dish! The outdoor location in summer is really nice!

The pinsa is absolutely the best of the surrounding area and even more. Clean, organized and pleasant environment. Hurry up, but very helpful. Price still affordable. Only the choice of songs and some smokers among the staff would give me 4 and not 5. But they're young, and I'll put the maximum. Very, very recommended
