The journey is terrible. I've been on the right side for over half an hour. I've seen 5 cars from behind me that are served on the left track. they do not visit the right track. the manager must be aware of what happens outside. it sucks to be repeatedly skipped. I have lost my appetit from being so frustrated with this experience and the kicker is that you can't come from this line. Wait, it's better to be the dame that visits the window has the only one standing up. I can't be how rude she was. never come back and I'll do my best to spread these things.
This place spent a lot of money to improve the building and it look very beautiful, and yet the service is out of the ground. the last 3 times I was here was my order wrong. tomaten and mayo included in sandwiches for people with ice and tomatenallergien, regular nuggets when we asked for spicy. I recently came in on a Friday night. it was incredibly busy. I placed an app order and watched the screen waiting for my name to come. I saw my name labeled so ready and went up to ask it and was told that it would come soon. they continued calling names for some people who came after me. I said the young lady behind the theke that my name had disappeared 15 minutes ago from the screen and she rolled her eyes and left without word and commanded. I talked to the young man who also commanded and told him the wendy’s app thanked me for a visit 20 minutes ago and I had not yet eat mine. He laughed and told me not to be so mad and took a command from the rack that sat there for 20 minutes. before I first asked, he didn't call the name allison alonso. So obviously I never claimed that. when I received it, it was obviously cold now as it sat on a rack without kind of warming and I didn't want to ask or wait for a replacement, as I would have been there at this point for 30 minutes. While I feel bad how busy they were, there is no good excuse for such bad services especially to the ridiculous trips of almost food today. my order was inaccurate and I didn't even eat it. I was so angry that I threw that food away because I wasn't in the mood to warm it up or even eat at this point. And practically for wendys the formula to communicate on the app does not work, so now I have to turn off my complaining in a public forum.
You eat is good, but there is always a line inside and in the drive-thru. sometimes they cancel their order after 30 minutes when they have ordered via a food delivery app if they have no article they have ordered.
Decent service. Use the kiosks to customize your order at your own pace. They will give you a receipt once you pick up the order.2 Drinks machine are available. Ample seating available. Drive thru and parking also available. Great for a quick bite and nearby the Trader Joe's/Michaels.
