Rooster Rice - Redwood City

Had The Original, was originally craving chicken soup but options were limited so tried this. It's delicious, packed full of fantastic floral tasty flavors. The rice was cooked perfectly, the chicken super moist. Even the side sauces are so good, added the habanero and for someone that enjoys very spicy heat, this was actually really spicy. It's a pretty large portion, got a side of veggies which are steamed (cauliflower, broccoli, carrot) and already full while still having a half portion to save for later. Give this place a shot, you won't regret it.

They did not close the lid on tight, the soup spilled all over the meal. I know it wasn't dasher fault since it was stapled. I was handed the bag of food soak and wet.

Way worse than other rooster and rice locations. A shame they decided to tarnish their brand with the low quality from this ghost kitchen
