Bidrage med feedbackThe black garlic tonkotsu ramen (4.5/5) was very delicious! Portion was generous and very flavoursome but not over powering/oily/thick. Definitely would come back for it! <br/ My friend had the pork Shoyu (3/5) which on the first few bites were nice but began to be overwhelming salty. <br/ Gyoza was standard, nothing too special, but quite pricey for a small portion (3/5) <br/ <br/ The service was lacking. We were greeted at the entrance by a very rude and dismissive staff. <br/ The seating area is also very limited, where the four of us were placed on the benches making it very difficult for a conversation.

With the cold weather creeping up on us in Sydney, ramen is the perfect winter warmer! It literally makes you feel like this emoji:
The staff were very friendly, and I enjoyed the vegan miso ramen with extra noodles. The broth was rich and velvety, while the noodles had a nice chewy texture that complemented the soup perfectly. I appreciated the vegetarian toppings as well. I opted for the extra noodles simply because I wanted more!
Another fantastic ramen spot in Sydney! Since opening in August 2018, they have made a name for themselves with their commitment to quality. In addition to their delicious Tonkotsu broth and top-notch ingredients, the Black Garlic option is a standout! The bold garlic flavor really enhances the soup.
