Culver's - Red Wing

All about this place is five stars except the prices. I spent over $25 for two meals and that was without dessert. But occasionally I get an overwhelming urge for her two-part cod dinner. Oh, my God, this is the largest, tasty cable I've ever eaten. Melt-in-your-mouth good. Fries are nice and hot, just enough season. Dinner roll is okay. But the fish, oh the fish, so delicious.

This location was the exception to the rule regarding Culver's. We've always been pleased with our food, but at this one, all we could do was shake our head in disappointment. Maybe it was a bad day, or a new cook. Our Atlantic Cod sandwiches were served on the round hamburger bun instead of the larger oval bun, and the fish was overcooked and oily. I'm hoping they get this right, since they are the only Culver's for miles. Update: they’ve stepped up to make it right. I appreciate their quick response. I’ve adjusted my rating to reflect this. Culver’s rocks! Another update: They sent coupons for refund about a year ago. Since we live 1300 miles away, we didn't get to use them until recently. There were no issues with the coupons, and the food was their usual top flight stuff. Added a fifth star. Way to go!

The food was quick and tasty. The staff were friendly, just like at all other Culver's locations.

This Culver's offers exceptional service. In fact, the staff was so quick that I received my food before I had even settled in. I truly appreciate the speedy service!
