Tuck's Ridge Cafe - RED HILL SOUTH

The location and setting is gorgeous. On the day we visited, they were serving an Indian BBQ, which was a rather ingenious way of keeping people served whilst Omicron scythed it’s merry way through the local hospitality workforce. A great way to capture a lot of custom when other establishments were struggling to service customers. So, 4 simple dishes on offer, the food was fresh and good quality but given the price, $24 the portions were incredibly meagre, and despite the great location and view, because of this, I wonder how many people attracted on the day would consider returning a second time.

Went there last year in 2019 and enjoyed it a lot, was very nice food, atmosphere, pet friendly which is the biggest advantage fact compared to other places. Planning to have a road trip and pop up for lunch tomorrow:

Poor customer service. Overcharged payment. Still waiting for refund! Was not told about w/e surcharge. Nasty sting at the end of lunch. Food wine 6/10

We went with kids and it was perfect location and food for all of us

Lovely spot. Very picturesque and the wine and food was delicious. Would recommend more comfortable seats for the inside tables.
