Taco Bell - Red Bluff

Just spent 40 minutes in this drive through at 10:30pm! Unbelievably slow service. We will stop coming to this location. There’s no excuse for this long of wait times.

Order face to face or with the electronic menu for faster service, staff are always helpful and friendly

Extensive menu choices and moderate prices. Short wait for service and food. I recommend it.

Easter night. Rude. Previous visit my friend and I tried to order separately. He said they can't do that. So this time we put it all on her order and I would pay her back in cash. I asked him to break a $20 bill when he opened his drawer. He said they can't do that. What?? Why not?? After going back and forth with him I asked his name. He stopped serving me and a bigger bruiser guy came. I asked him what the other guy's name was and he said they don't give out names. I thought that was pretty convenient since we can't complain to the owner about bad service. I was fed up and disgusted. They could not care less. I don't want to believe it was racism.... but they were both young Hispanic males and my friend and I are just 2 old white ladies.BUT AT THE SAME TIME I WANT TO SAY THAT THE YOUNG LADIES WHO NORMALLY WORK NIGHTS ARE WONDERFUL.
