Hy-vee Grocery Store - Raytown

I was there 8/22 yesterday. I earned 18 cents for my fuel savings. I went through the self-service check because they want you to do this and to my surprise NOT. It was not placed on my card. That's what they want. They don't want you to check it so they don't have to give it to you. I always bought Hy Vee, but this place... They threw me out of their pharmacy. My drugs weren't in stock. It was available at 40 and Noland. The girl told me if I gave it there, I wouldn't be able to fill it again with 350. That's the best they would have done for me. Yesterday I'm going to buy at 40 and Noland!

They are always with what you need and the staff are always polite and it is clean

Covid vaccines are scheduled online. I arrive 20 minutes early, and everyone there was told it would take at least an hour to be seen. What is the point of scheduling an appointment?

I had a terrible experience Tuesday evening at the deli area. I wanted to get some herbed chicken for dinner there was only one dried up wing in the tray. Also there were NO rotisserie chickens in the whole rack. The employees were in the back and didn't even bother to come out front to ask if I need assistance. This was at 4:30 p.m. folks needing to get food for dinner. The deli area at this particular Hyvee has definitely gone down!
