Chipotle Mexican Grill - Ravenna

I tried Chipotle for the first time and it's definitely better than Taco Bell. The food is fresh and flavorful, and the spiciness adds a nice kick. Although I'm not a huge fan of Mexican food, I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. The only downside for me was the overwhelming amount of choices and decisions to make when ordering, but if you enjoy customizing your meal, then this is the perfect place for you.

The service and food were good, but the restaurant was dirty. A customer mentioned it to someone, but they never came out to sweep the floor.

The way that I ordered food from here and literally every bit of it was wrong or completely missing besides the apple juices. Every single time I order from here I am disappointed.

I think I was cheated out of toppings. I go to the Streetsboro and Kent ones often and it seemed like I got half a bowl in Ravenna for the same price.

Every single one of these workers their should be immediately fired. They're so damn lazy and completely uncaring of customers. The chips were completely stale and tasted like the rubbed each chip against the lime. They were out of white rice even though they had enough for one bowl. Each one on the line were so uncaring to do their job. The guy in the kitchen had an attitude problem. So unprofessional and the worst staff ive ever seen in a Chipotle. Utter disappointment.
