Ihop - Ramsey

It was an IHOP so all the food was on par with every other location. Same menu. Same taste..same same same. The food was prepared well and everything was cooked correctly. The server (Felix) was nice and friendly. I will say I think the digital device to enter our order was problematic in that it took 3x longer than simply writing things down. Sometimes the analog process is just cleaner.

Really surprised at how delicious the food was. I had the vegetable eggs Benedict and it was phenomenal with roasted tomatoes, great hollandaise and perfectly cooked eggs. Really friendly and attentive service.

Ask for a pot..instead of a cup of coffee...comes hot. Stay awhile. Enjoy one of the best places to have pancakes or eggs n sausage links

Can't comment on the food or dining service since I didn't eat there, but want to give a shout out their management staff. They went the extra mile to ship my daughters retainer back to us on their dime. My daughter was on a trip and forgot her retainer at this IHOP she didn't notice till she got home. They saved the day and saved me a very long trip back there. Now that's exceptional customer service.

We had FRANKLIN as our server for a friday noon breakfast, he was amazing, the food was great and speedy, he answered all our questions about the menu, and all with a smile. He gave excellent menu recommendations, and entertained us with captivating small talk. I would put FRANKLIN in a list of top 3 servers ive ever had in my life, i couldnt recomend a server more.
