Burger King - Ramsey

The restaurant is clean and pleasant, but occasionally the staff forgets to check the order ticket which can result in incorrect preparation of dishes.

This restaurant is terrible. They frequently run out of food items and seem unable to comprehend how to handle mobile orders. There are always issues of some kind. It would be kinder to just shut this place down.

The restaurant needs to hire more staff. It is becoming like the Burger King in Waldwick, where it is supposed to be fast food for a quick grab-and-go but is extremely slow. I stopped going to the Waldwick location because of the slow service and rude old man working there. I am not satisfied with the service and suggest they replace the current staff with new employees.

The drive thru attendant working on Tuesday 6/13/2023 at 9pm, he deserves a raise. He was so kind patient and professional. Food was delicious and fresh. I don’t often write a review about my fast food experience, but this occasion was exceptional!! Thank you!

The extra star is for the nice Filipina manager, Roumely. Dining room was closed today 8/25/22 because in her own words 4 employees called out today . What is going on here??... How can they do that to the lady? You all 4 should be looking for another job. I don 't like to eat in the car but I had to. Edit: that extra star is also for Michael, the Assistant Manager. The dining room was closed half an hour earlier because he was working with 1 employee only, yet he opened the door and let me in. He does a lot of work in the store: cleans the floors, supervise his employee and takes orders behind the counter. Excellent customer service. I have also heard the problems begin with the franchise itself: they do not pay a decent wage, they don 't pay for covid leave and the new general manager does not know what he 's doing: he only does inventory ordering and those very basic things. Franchise owner: better get a grip and change things for the better. This is a nice store in the heart of Ramsey, NJ, don 't let it go down. 2nd edit: 88° outside, no AC in the store.
