Bidrage med feedbackOn the way back home from Cuyamaca and so glad we stopped. We didn't know what to expect when we first arrived, but the food is so good and authentic. They have a ton of combination plates with rice and beans. Your chips and salsa are fresh and tasty stuffed we were given a 2nd round with a larger bowl salsa. I have a #18- Carne asada quesadilla and fish taco He got #49- Carne asada burrito and fish taco Definitely worth a visit when you are in Ramona!
WOW what a place! we stumbled upon it on our way back thru Ramona. Nothing gives it away from the outside, but step-in and u r in a sacred space, made so by Emilia Cervantes (the owner and founder) Her presence is felt and reflected in the pictures on the walls. I have experienced this kind of devotion as a child and it is an unforgettable experience, reminding us all of the purpose of our human existence! The place itself is striking! there is a giant fireplace in the middle of the room, a huge, tall, earthy room, almost like a giant cave. u r in a different world inside. the family service is excellent, the food delicious, the prices reasonable, don't miss it!
Oh, if you haven't been here you're missing out. During the summer it's a great place of a cold drink. During the winter is a great place for to watch the fire and a hot drink. Hey, their closed on Wednesdays. Always a great place to be for lunch or dinner and always will be! Derek Wolf
I love this restaurant! Wonderful food and prices. The staff is friendly, genuine and attentive. I really like ground beef tacos and they serve ground beef here. The chili relenne is so good. It is large enough that you can hear each other talking. This is where we go when friends are visiting. They really look forward to it! Yummy, yummy...
The food here is great and the atmosphere is wonderful. It is in an old camp with a large fire pit in the middle. It is a really nice place to go in winter when they go the fire. I wouldn't go back there during a hot summer day as they don't have AC.
