Bay Quan is a great place for a quick, casual lunch/meal. You can order a classic off the menu, com ga or a skillet with pork steak, viet sausage, egg and bahn mi bread, etc. It’s a popular place with the locals, always humming with chat and activity. Sitting outside is a nice feature, the table side entertainment is free. As it’s so popular the food is fresh, cooked and replaced often. I’ll be back, but the first visit I ordered a plate of rice with a lemongrass chicken drum, pork belly with quail eggs, a spicy mackerel and spinach greens all for 40k, com binh dan usually goes for around 30k, but this is quality. Check it out.

Extremely fast services, quick and delicious foods. Almost always crowded though.

This is one of the more popular rice restaurants in QN. I've been here many times and usually have the fried chicken, but this time I had the boiled chicken. I found it to be more tender and juicy than the fried chicken. They also serve fish and rice.

Most plates are 35000 dong. food is ok. the owner lady is not friendly but the boys serving the food are. One of the few places serving rice as most places in town sell noodle or ban mih. The place could be cleaner specially the floor and tables.

Busy spot for lunch. Not so cheap (same price to other big cities), rice is good but foods are oily, soup is tasteless, thin slices of meat compared to price.
