POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Food was great but the food serving and staff was soooo slow. We ordered ahead because we're still waiting for our companions and we assumed it will take 15-20 mins to serve. It took more than 30mins for the food to be served and we were still missing some of our orders. We ordered salad and it took an hour for it to be served. Very bad experience.

Last Sunday night was my very first time to dine at Racks, and daaaayuuuummnnnn... I was missing out on the fried chicken and ribs! I had a whole slab of ribs, half a chicken, two cups of java rice, fries, and some aglio olio all to myself, and they all taste the way food should taste to a starving Somalian: amazing. Yeah, maybe I was just really, really hungry that time, because I skipped lunch that day. Meh, who cares, the food was awesome. 10/10 will eat here again!
