Bidrage med feedbackI might be a little biased here, as I've been going to the local Roast-Rindsandwich community since high school. The Bratbeefsandwiches are always at the point. I'm not a big fan of liquid cheese, but there's something about it, mixed with her house roasted beef, and the super soft rolls that make it really a leak. I love combining one with a sequence of potato nuggets. The reason for 4 stars is that the last few times have cost the nuggets as if they were a little too long in the warming bowls and were a bit stale.
This place has a great chicken supreme sandwich. I’ve been coming here for years and it literally taste exactly the same deliciousness each time. The potato nuggets are always crispy as heck which makes me so happy I can barely put it into words. Long live this pillar of the community, and may it continue to serve us for many many years.
I loved this place! Greatest Bratbeef in the area! But this is my last time. I ordered a cattle cadre on a lower roll; instead of a hard roll. No extra spices or vegetables on my sand that. Only the oxen; as they have listed on the menu. I also asked for two sides of Cheddar cheese, a large potato bug and 4 pages of horseradish Mayo; for the Nuggets. I always ordered that. Always satisfied. I came home and took a look at my receipt, and noticed that I charge $10.89 for the roast beef on a sub. (I always pay this price for a beef ochdar on a sub $2.34 for the potato uggets. As always...and $1.50 for the 2 additional pages Cheddar cheese (as always again, but this time I was also appointed for extra Cheddar on my roast-Rinddar-sub... which I didn't order. So I opened my roast beef base to see if I have extra cheese at all (that's not a big deal, I love cheese BUT, that was not the case. I didn't see any cheese on my sub. .until I separated the meat from the bread. There was such a small amount of cheese on the base that the roast beef had no traces of cheese at all. It was a thin line of cheese rubbed into bread. Anyway...okay thats fine, I have 2 pages's of cheese!!! But... my potatoes Nuggets were also black (fired so yes. Bad expierence...it happens...but I would like to call and talk to the responsible person to let them know that their staff should be properly trained as I was extra calculated...for an amount that wasn't even regular. I was here a lot. Until today, I never had a problem. First Lady, who answered the phone, said yes I remember you. We have you for roasting beef on a bottom and added Cheddar cheese. They are calculated for the cheese. I replied, I ordered a beef ochdar on the menu as a fixed price. Granted, the price is on a hardroll.i always pay extra for being on a subroll. But I've never said that you're only roasted with beef on a lower roll. Cheese is an extra charge. So I said... well, if I paid extra cheese... where is it? (When I literally had a Hingdar cheese on the role The lady I spoke with was another worker (the one who made my sand... I know that because I heard her in the background, and I heard I screamed her. The lady then got on the phone with me. with an attitude, again... told me that I was charged for extra cheese on my sub, because the $10,89 is just for roast beef and the subroll. No. I then hung on the phone, not even bothered to explain how my nuggets were burned because I knew it was just an argument. I will not act like a child and fight with this woman who is obviously not reliant on her terrible customer service. As a manager for a fast food restaurant itself. that would be NIE ALLOWED. You don't talk to customers like that. Without your customers, you wouldn't have a business. Simple and simple. I didn't ask for anything, I didn't ask for another sand. I just tried to send the message that your staff must be properly trained. But it also seems that you may only need new employees. Good luck, hope to get rid of the bad and prosper!
Great menu. The money's broken. 3 small pieces of processed meat on a sponge roll. Don't waste your money. Go over the street to Jersey Mike. This place must have been bought. Davies. Real estate. Junk and no professionals for $55 get real food in Texas Roadhouse. For real estate professionals. Try Berkshire. In the lake.
