Dunkin' - Queens

I got quick service and the experience was rushed and the attendant didn't really seemed like he had time to explain eveything . I guess it was closing time but they were still open so just saying .

Best food and service with great menu choices and prices. Always a pleasant experience when visiting DD staff is super friendly and nice and greets with smiles and pleasantries.

The service at this restaurant was extremely rude and disrespectful. The manager's son could benefit from a refresher course in customer service; he really shouldn't be working in that role. He even swore at me in front of other customers and told my wife that she had to leave or they would escort her out. She was just waiting for me to get another coffee and tea when I returned from the store.

The staff here are fantastic, and my coffee was perfectly brewed. Unfortunately, I accidentally dropped my cup, so I didn’t get to savor it as I had hoped. Those three sips I did manage to have were delicious!

The experience was unpleasant and inattentive. I ordered a drink that seemed to have spoiled milk, which left me in the bathroom for the entire day.
