We checked our order and we were missing a $5 Biggie bag...the lady at the counter said are you sure...the other adult with me said we are missing fries and nuggets...they gave us that...but we had to ask for Dr Pepper from the back because the lobby was out. When we got to where we were going to eat, we were short one burger and we had all been very specific about the sauces we wanted for the nuggets and it said it on the receipt...all BBQ sauces.Missing items in orders seemed to be common place on Thursday as another customer in front of us was dealing with the same thing.

I ordered a Dave’s quarter pounder and the bun was so hard that I could knock on the bun. I took it back and they made me a new one. Their soda machine was out of carbonation and numerous people let the staff know, but nothing was done to fix it so everyone had to go to the counter to get their refills. One drink machine was also out of ice and no one refilled it the whole time I I was there. They were slow enough that staff had time to do so, but they seemed not to care. The manager seemed willing to make things right when you spoke to her but it seemed as though 50% or better of the customers I saw had to talk to her about a problem. There shouldn’t be that many issues to begin with. This location needs do better all around!

This visit was the best, even though we didn't go in. The food was fresh and hot off the grill. Made me happy.
