Meh service, but eating was good. Although this place says that they can dip at the doors, says everything in the inner different. they still seem mostly designed for just picking and driving thru. they can eat inside and order at the counter, but they will come slowly to them. also about 3/4 of the seat area is open. the rest is closed. probably just understated.

Ordered thru door dash and they got my order wrong. Ordered a root beer float and received a iced rootbeer. My cheese curds were suppose to be the Sriracha curds. Ordered certain sauce and it was wrong. The cheese on my burger was basically all melted to the wrapper, hardly any on the burger.

Literally the worst customer service I have everrr had. Several employees just stood behind the bar pretending not to see us, most just standing there on their phones, no hair nets, no gloves, watched one kid put a bowl onto his shirt to flip it and then fill up.

The service was fast and they have our order right! it was nice. good was really good. love the root beer!
