CYC Restaurant - Prien

Well, my friends warn me about surprised food and frightening customer service manner of the place, but I was past in a Friday summer evening mood with my friend and saw a pavilion and thought to myself why not take a few cocktails and maybe dance something in a pavilion well. You know what?... I didn't just get my cocktails after I asked for them, I was even kicked out with the words of a manager: leave the promises, you have nothing to look here, the pavilion has a special floor.... And I was very kind, sober and well dressed while the manager didn't even say hello back to my good evening... I mean, this one is not able to provide customer service... Not so rare in Ingolstadt, but it's totally another thing to say to a customer, he's not worth a floor in a quite basic pavilion I would never consider to be a place ....and say in the end it's no problem if I wasn't back here was a cherry on the top of the cake

Waited more than an hour that would not be so problematic if their relationship with us were polite and beautiful. By the way, they have repeatedly postponed the acceptance of our order. I would never return here, even if they had the best food in the world.

Overall, the hotel and restaurant are excellent. The location is special and the staff is very warm. The idea of a buffet for the evening meal was a bit set off, but the food was excellent and a great choice. The rooms are above average and the views from the balconies are amazing.

Sehr gutes Essen, toller Service. Der Ausblick und Flair sowohl auf der Terrasse als auch im Inneren ist jede Reise wert.

Reservierung vor fast 3 Wochen vorgenommen. 15 Minuten vor dem Termin wurde ich angerufen und man teilte mir mit, dass man "vergessen" habe dass heute geschlossen sei. Das ist ein unterirdischer Service.
