A lively Irish Pub with good food and attentive service. The portions are large and filling. Fries rate as some of the best!

We stopped by on September 2nd at around 2pm. The pub is really nice inside it’s got a lot of character, from the dark wood throughout and the creaky floors. But the food was really bad and the service was unfriendly. I’m not sure if our server’s bun was a little too tight but she seemed edgy, anxious, and unfriendly. However, she kept the drinks full, so that’s something. The Philly cheese was as dry as a matchstick. The menu says it comes with gravy, but our server was pleased to tell us that it didn’t. She eventually brought us some gravy halfway through the meal. The pepperoni sub was okay, but it was also dry because it was overcooked. Not sure how you can go wrong with these ingredients. Anyway, it’s too bad that the staff failed so miserably to execute. The menu is original and varied, the location is great and the interior feel is really warm and cozy. I still tipped well, and smiled as I left, but I’ll spend my money elsewhere next time.
