I'm extremely pissed off because I come to this Dutch Brose quite frequently. I had never tried Dutch Bros in my life until recently in the last year since everyone raves about it, I didn't believe it until I came to this specific location (Prescott valley I've been coming here frequently because of the positive employees which is what Dutch Bros is founded on and the quality drinks, enough to get enough points to receive free medium drinks etc. Today I came by and I asked can I use my free med drink and upgrade to a large and the answer was no. I say no problem I'll just buy my large drinks, I go to buy two large drinks, run my payment at her kiosk in hand when they walk up to you and you order through the line. Bing, my phone says done with a check mark. Good to go , wait forever and finally get to the front. Sorry ma'am your payment didn't go through, but it wasn't your fault her handheld died. I look on my phone it has gone through. I say OK let's try it again. She runs the same card. It goes through again it says done for me and the check mark, and the woman even says good to go. Oh, sorry about the first time our card reader that died It wasn't your fault. she says oh we're good on the second card run knowing I've now paid twice and have to call my bank just holding a smile because this experience has already ate 20 mins of time. As they're waiting for my drinks at the window she looks at me and goes Oh never mind it's declined. I said no it's not. It says cleared on my side so now my card is been run twice and gone through. She literally asked me to show my bank statements. I'm like no, just run my other card but now what do you want me to do ?? Call my bank? She looks at me rudely and goes I don't know it said declined on my side, I said well it isn't on mine. She then hands my drinks and doesn't even say have a nice day, just hands them and scarfs at me would you like straws, I always tip too. Thanks for the crappy attitude and not being helpful with me on your servers not working properly . I'm headed back to Starbucks :

Went to Dutch Bros today and met Ryan. Today was his first day, and he did GREAT! RYAN brought back some of the caring kindness that has been lacking. The gal who was taking orders in the drive-thru wasn't as personable as Dutch Bros is known for, as Ryan was on his 1st day!!!! Please hire and reward the people that REALLY DO CARE for the customers and take that extra min. To ask the simple question, Good Morning(afternoon or evening How are you today? (And really mean it! You'll never know how much it means to have someone really care about the people, not just how much money can I get from these people.
