Papa Johns Pizza - Powder Springs

We ordered a whole meat pizza it said 30 to 45 minutes, 2 hours later it says it was delivered. it was not delivered here. they asked if we wanted them to make a new one and I said yes, but how long. they said two more hours! no thanks and refund the payment. so far no refund!

I used to love Papa John’s. Food was always great and they were quick. However that’s not the case anymore. I don’t know what happened at this store but now anytime you try to place an order it’s over 90 min for delivery and 2 hours for pick up! What? I understand it gets busy but it’s like this every time now. Not worth it!

The service was quick due to us ordering it online and picking it up but they were running behind for sure due to the football games going on.

General Manager has zero customer service skills. After 2 hours of waiting for my pizza to be redelivered because they didn’t send my full order that I paid for I was told the GM was busy said that I could get a credit or I could come pick it up. 2 hours later. I already paid tipped. Now I have been hung up on after trying to get my refund. Beyond embarrassing of a GM to act such a way. Hopefully corporate steps their game up

For the person saying they aren't expected to tip? You are wrong. And it was raining? Customer service requires a good customer. Be a good customer and you will receive good customer service. Always always always tip your delivery driver.I've been ordering from here for years. This location is usually very busy, things take a bit longer, but my pizza has always been great. When I carry out the service is very good. On two separate occasions a delivery driver has forgotten either my drink or dipping sauces, and has gone back to the store to get them for me.
