Option végétarienne pour découvrir le cozido traditionnel. les légumes sont tendres et gourmands. Servies avec des graines et des pois chiches, assaisonnées d'huile d'olive, de sel, de poivre, d'herbes aromatiques. 20 € mai sembler coûteux mais c'est la seule possibilité d'accéder à ce plat typique. Le repas permet également d'accéder au parc et au bassin du printemps chaud.

I am a guest here in the hotel, so I found very easy after staying 2 hours in the healing waters to get the elevator and order the famous “cozido” vegan version. I read before that was simple steam veggies and cousin, so I asked for olive oil, salt and pepper, an additional taste and a half bottle of red wine from alentejo “José de Sousa”. I must be honest, everything was amazing! the water, the relaxed mood and the light evening meal.

Antes de entrar al esplendido jardín botánico, estuvimos tomando café con leche y muy bien preparado, pero carísimo, 4 € por un café con leche me parece excesivo. Por cierto postres muy bien preparados Service: 5

No doubt a very nice hotel. But we have stayed almost a week now and the park is under major reconstruction. We booked this place to relax in and around the garden. It's simply unbearable to be here due to the constant noise of diggers, grinders, trucks etc. We had to rent a car just to get away even though that was not planned. Having said that I would like to come back when they are finished. Will be filing a complaint upon return to the travel agency. Probably not fair to blame the hotel.
