Vera Pizzaria - Poughkeepsie

I get the feeling that this is one of Poughkeepsie 's best kept secrets. While I have only consumed their Pizza, for now; when you ask people for a pizza place 'Vera 's ' does not come up. The names that do, well they have mediocre pies, lackluster flavor, chewy crust.

This is simple. Go there and get some food! Vera's provides the most delectable Italian food around. Everything on the menu is fresh and absolutely delicious. Just go there and get some food!!!

Family size stromboli is life changing.... I haven't had anything bad from here, and I have a buddy who comes down from Clermont and he insists we order pizza from here, its that's good

My favorite pizza joint for years kinda disturbed that my husband found it dark empty tonight though.
