Rico's Mexican Food - PORTOLA

The service is excellent and the atmosphere is warm and inviting, but the food leaves something to be desired. The rice was overly dry, the beans were too soupy, and the overall plate lacked flavor. Although the meat appeared well-seasoned, it didn't deliver on taste. I used to enjoy this restaurant when I was younger, but now there are no good Mexican restaurants in town.

Very nice place and great service! I had a veggie burrito and it was excellent. The salsa was fantastic!

Truly authentic Mexican food! The birria tacos are really good as well as their burritos. We definitely make the trip to Portola for this restaurant.
