Le Sirene - PORTOFERRAIO

Officially the worst food I've EVER eaten in Italy. The location is beautiful but this hell hole is in no way worth the views. I got pesto pasta, which is pretty hard to screw up but mine was greasy and disgusting. The seafood was sickening and had shells in it! What's worse is the service was atrocious. Everyone working there was rude and dismissive. Our waiter was slow, mean, and had bad breath. Now I would have just let this all go, bad restaurants exist, but I am writing this review for a very particular reason; the waiter stole my friends hat! My friend left it there and when we came back to look for it we saw one of the waiters wearing it. We kindly asked him if we could have it back and even showed him pictures of my friend wearing it but the guy denied. We then explained to him about how special the hat is and and how it's locally made in our small home town but this man threw the hat onto the top of the bar and PHYSICALLY SHOVED my mom out of the restaurant. Overall I'm throughly disgusted by everything about this place and hope everyone can be spared the pain of ever going there again.

Nice restaurant in Portoferraio. Nice location by the beach. Very nice staff who takes care of the guests. We took pizza, seafood anf fresh pasta for the kids. We took fried calamaries/seafood and vino della case. We were satisfied. I recommend to visit this place during stay in Portoferraio.

Most unfriendly place in Elba over all my stays…. Almost emty of peoples and they wont give us, a group of 8 beverages and coffe….

Posto piacevole con veranda con vista sulla bellissima spiaggia della ghiaia. primi piatti nella norma, bello e fritto avido. Tutte le porzioni generose. un ambiente caotico e rumoroso. prezzo giusto.

Ristorante sul mare direttamente sulla spiaggia delle ghinee. posizione suggestiva. ottimo cibo dai salatielli e riso per arrivare al fritto. Servizio cortese. conto appropriato.
