Forchetta Massas Frescas - Porto Seguro

No good experience. no good pasta. the place is beautiful and well located, but as I said in the title, maybe it was a good restaurant in the past. we ordered fusilli with pesto and fusilli with oleo and garlic. pesto was too salty to eat. So we complain and they changed it. while my wife waited for the new pasta, I had to eat mine alone. That was weird. but when the new pasta arrived, the fusilli were a completely different type and not well cooked. there was hard and impossible to eat. So we gave it back, and this time we asked for the bill. of course, the pasta has not accused us of returning. the pasta was not well cooked: in my case without dente at all (boiled), and in my wife fall too much dente or uncooked.

That is a small restaurant managed by very nice young people. they are specialized in pasta and salate. for both, the batch is fun: they have the pasta (or salate), the sauce and then they can add to ingredients toppings. that's easy. but very good. the prizes are very reasonable and moreover they can listen to live music. location is excellent in the most animated part of the mucugé road

We enjoyed this restaurator so much that we visited twice in our days there. great service fresh tasty food and love atmosphere. not expensive. I would be very happy to try. an additional bonus was the waitress could talk a bit of...English what was nice for us. fun.
