So de Verao - Porto Santo

On our many walks along the beach we had spotted this colorful bar and thought we must try it. We have certainly been missing one of the best seafood restaurants on the island. We stopped for a quick lunch and had prawn salad which was beautiful. We then booked up a birthday meal which was simply stunning. The staff were great. The food was delicious clams, tiger prawns, tuna all cooked perfectly backed up by the sound of the waves breaking on the shore. Highly recommended for friends, family and all occasions.

We were staying at the Torre Praia and this is one of the on site restaurants we fully intended to explore further in to the town and its multitude of restaurants and just use this as our lunch time snack venue. But found ourselves so happy with the cuisine service and relaxed atmosphere plus the stunning view of the beach we just kept returning night after night. So if your staying or just passing by pop in pull up chair and sit back and enjoy you won't be disappointed.

I think that this is the best terrace, directly at the beach. I liked how they decorate the place, original and nice. The food is good too and the cocktails too.

Excellent spot right on the beach. Great food and excellent coffee. Do not leave without trying the cheesecake
