Calafata - PORTO AZZURRO

The place is very well run great friendly service, reliably good food there's something for everyone. Their seafood is particularly good, fresh and beautifully presented. Portions are generous. It is good value and in a prime spot next to the marina. We ate dinner at Calafata a couple with 7 of us. We booked ahead you must book ahead for a large group in summer. Highly recommended.

We had pizza and it was really good. we also had their house wine and it was good as well. the prices were reasonable and the service was very fast. would recommend!

We came upon this place purely by passing by. It was very busy but we managed to get the last table outdoors before it suddenly started raining heavily, so we quickly moved inside. The staff managed the chaos of moving outdoor dining guests inside amazingly. The service was so friendly and professional even under all the presssue. Our pasta and risotto were delicious. Very generous servings. House wine is very pleasing and too easy to drink. Prices are very very reasonable for the top quality and the amazing location.

After years of holiday on the island where we practically ate almost everywhere we decided to try the calafata restaurant. in passing by, the beautiful equipment and the sea view position have always made us a beautiful impression... so much to say always: This year we go, without ever going there...Unfortunately, however, despite repeated being a nice place with a pleasant atmosphere, is a restaurant a little too touristy... that doesn’t make the difference here is to be understood for how you eat. We ordered an appetizer, definitely good, and the first dishes, nothing special as very salty and back cooking. The service, very young staff, according to my opinion, is very difficult for the summer season... but at the same time very fast and helpful. Prices from restaurant overlooking the sea, but a little bit 'altini if compared to the dishes. In my opinion it is a purely tourist restaurant where the speed on the service of the goodness of the dishes is more important. Thank you.
