Samurai Blue Sushi Ramen - Portland

My favorite sushi place in the area. The servers are all so sweet and the food is excellent. The ramen is amazing too, which is surprising considering ramen at sushi bars usually feels more like an afterthought. I’m a frequent customer here and I’ve yet to ever have any issues.

I highly recommend this restaurant! The atmosphere is lovely, the food is amazing, and the staff is incredibly sweet and generous. 10/10, a must-visit!

This local sushi restaurant is amazing! I have been searching for a place that offers delicious sushi for takeout during lunchtime. Samurai Blue has a fantastic lunch special with 4 simple rolls for only $15. I'm thinking of sharing the special with my partner next time and trying a specialty roll for a perfect lunch. The pickup was super quick, only took about 20 minutes. The interior of the restaurant is also adorable. The staff were very kind and welcoming. It was the perfect way to break up my work day. Absolutely lovely!

My husband and I were walking down the street to get ice cream after dinner when I saw their sign for a Vegan Nigiri Flight. So we sat down for 2nd dinner and shared the flight. We really enjoyed it and there were some taste combinations I never thought of putting together but they were great!

I cannot get over their Calamari, the first time I had it I spent a solid month trying Calamari at every restaurant I went to, it was all subpar. I think the thing is it's not heavily breaded and just a light crispy breading. Their sushi is also great but the Calamari....
