Restaurante com uma envolvente espetacular na Prainha no Alvor, típica praia algarvia pejada de rochas ao longo da falésia.Ficámos no piso do bar que considero o mais agradável, pela esplanada ao ar livre e um menor número de mesas.Música ambiente e saxofonista ao vivo.A comida é uma delícia, o único ponto a melhorar é realmente a rapidez no serviço. Preparem-se pois não é um restaurante barato, mas é uma experiência que vale a pena.Começámos por partilhar uma dose de camarão à chefe.Depois aceitámos a sugestão e comemos um peixe galo grelhado para os quatro, acompanhado de arroz de lingueirão, que resultou numa excelente combinação.Para finalizar não se surpreendam, quando vos trouxerem à mesa uma travessa com 20 a 30 sobremesas para escolher! Provámos o Trio Algarvio (Figo, amêndoa e alfarroba) e a Panacotta com molho de frutos vermelhos, servida numa taça numa quantidade bem generosa.

I can only welcome this thing very much! make you like one and go to dinner, seriously. (I have been living in portugal for over a year and come from gastfreundschaft management itself, unfortunately I must say that the level of customer service in this country is best on average) the employees at caniço surpassed all expectations! first, they pressed in my last-minute booking (I recommend booking before the time,) and I was greeted with old friends at the best table of arrival as the waiter presented a tablet of seafood options to choose the day, it was so fresh that the lobsters were still alive and moving on the plate. all staff were extremely helpful, friendly and wissowledgable, from the host to the pass waiter and they were constantly checked in after each cursor. my waiter even refused to recommend a wein until he saw what I ordered so he could fit accordingly. I can't even comment on the excellent location and view, just look at the photos, it speaks for itself. I have only some oysters, scarlet prawn (carabineoros) and tiger prawn plus a delicious dessert that was the love child of a black forest cake and pavlowa. a special thanks to antonio and felipe that made the evening unforgettable. I'm sure I'm back and recommend this place to everyone I know. I can't expect to visit again when I'm in the algarve. ps- to address all the negative critikens out there, the algarve is notorious in summer season and I think every restaurant would fight to maintain in these times. be friendly to their waiting staff, everyone tries to be best and I would always recommend to confirm their reservations hotel or restaurant at least one day or two before arrival, this is standard practice in portugal.

Fresh seafood nice and friendly staff this is a luxury restaurant so is the lookout and the price. I loved the risotto, the garnel and fish were the catch of the day and also delicious. what I didn't like was that they brought the appetizers themselves, but accused us (although the price was ok, it's not right to bring something that appears on the house and then is responsible for it) the olive oil was great so that we also bought two bottles immediately everything in everything it was a great experience

Wonderful little place on the beach built into a cave. The food is good and fresh, though not mind blowing, but it is tasty. If you’re looking for exceptional/unique food don’t go there, but if you want some very good food in a great location with a good ambience and very friendly service, come here! Good for groups! And they have a few vegan dishes too, yay.

Sítio mágico. Acesso complicado mas vale a pena. É<br/ Preciso deixar o carro fora do aldeamento e caminhar pelo jardim. Apanhar um elevador e vamos dar a um local incrível. A projeção na falésia só compõe o ramalhete. Cataplana de carne e mariscos maravilhosa. Desde que não se abuse nas entradas e sobremesas tem um preço aceitável.
