Burgerfi - Port St. Lucie

Came in today for lunch and have been to other locations as well as this one before. Today we ordered at the counter but I have ordered ahead online here before and never had an issue. The woman who took our order couldn't have been friendlier and even took my kids' orders from them and she knew how to talk to kids for sure. Our food came out pretty quickly considering the freshness and the order was accurate. We had a junior Burgerfi cheeseburger, a CEO, and my SWAG burger plus our family fry urban style which we far from finished. To say we ate half would be giving us too much credit I think. I love this location and the friendly staff and will definitely be back.

My husband came home from BurgerFi and St. Lucie West. In the bag was a hamburger way over cooked and partially frozen, greasy soggy fries. I would get this zero stars if I could this is an acceptable especially for the price of the food. I will never ever come back here again even if I was starving. Buyer beware that this place of establishment has useless workers working there.

It was okay. The food was good and we were not disappointed. Now that chili dog I will not be ordering because at least for me it was to spicy but it was good and I forced that in my gut. A lot better than the fast food chains. Employees were great at helping us out since it was our first time in. Would recommend for a quick meal next time it will be to go.

Don?t order from DoorDash! Completely different to what I ordered. Cold food and beef tasted funny. Called restaurant and was told they couldn?t help.

Ordered through the app: Cheeseburger with no tomatoes and add onions and pickles, fries and a drink. When I got in there, I was ignored for a couple of minutes by the staff. An older gentleman who appeared to be the manager was fiddling with the POS system even though he can see me and another customer was there. Finally got my order but had to wait a couple more minutes to get the attention of the gentleman again to get my drink cup even though I asked for it when I got my food. I got home and saw my cheeseburger had a wheat bun... Okay? Gross but whatever. Not the usual bun that burgerfi uses. I look at my burger and see the tomatoes that I specifically asked to not be on my burger. There were no onions or pickles. The overall experience was just not good. I don't know what this location is doing but not a good experience to try and get me to come back.
