Wendy's - Port Charlotte

Always get the order right. Never have really long lines and food is fresh. Also some very affordable items like their Biggie bag. Adequate and affordable meal if you are in a budget these days! Children love eating! My husband and I love her spicy chicken and his always fresh and a good portion of size.

I know that sometimes fast food can be uneven in quality and experience, but this is the second time that I have been in this special Wendy's restaurant, and all I can say is wow! There were 5 cars in front of me, and I paid through the mobile app, and yet I didn't wait more than 5 minutes. Also, my order, a Dave's Double with Fritten, came out HOT HOT HOT HOT. I can't say this will happen all the time, but two times in a row? Thank you to the manager of the woman who runs things that I have observed through the drive-thru window. She knows how to keep customers happy. Wendy should copy them and put them in her Sarasota, Florida restaurant on Clark Road. The restaurant was recently a very disappointing experience for me. And companies didn't even see it fitting to respond to my complaints about this restaurant.

Burger was big, hot and good. Double cheeseburger with bacon and frost. It was a while to think they were better.

This Wendy's is always a hit or Miss Arta service. Sometimes they are great with hot, exact foods and other times they are rude your order is completely confused.

I was seeing some improvement at this store but they always seem to miss the mark. Now the place has homeless people loitering outside. They use the outside electrical outlet and charge their phones. I'm not sure if they're dangerous or not but I don't want to take that chance. There are other places to go and eat. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
