I had the opportunity to visit for the first time yesterday morning and wanted to take a moment to review. I saw a recommendation to try this place for breakfast and was intrigued by so many comments about cookies and Gravy. I absolutely agree that they are excellent! Not sweet. A little sharp. Perfect sausage mass! I also need to note that my bleached eggs were also cooked for perfection and that is a very difficult thing to do for most people. The atmosphere was as if you went to a Riverside restaurant without Frills. Extremely covered and they even had a black and white episode of letting it play Beaver on the TV. Service is friendly and the food is excellent. If you are in the area, stop and treat yourself a real home cooked breakfast.

I love her cookies and Gravy. You can taste the quality of food. This restaurant serves an authentic South Breakfast. This is a real mother and pop. The restaurant is named after the owner's mother.

We went several times and love the food. My daily favorite is the biscuits and Gravy that I can only say you have to try as words do not justice. The food is made fresh at a time that is rare.

This place is my favorite breakfast in PORT Charlotte. It is so nice to have a nice quiet place to relax. Thanks for always going beyond and beyond to make us welcome. Check out this beautiful breakfast I was served with a beautiful smile on the side! They are always so friendly and the food is always delicious, the prices are affordable.

I had you most perfect hamburger of my life here!. Was cooked perfectly, bun was noticeably soft and fresh, I ordered with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, and no cheese.
