Mcdonald's - Poole

Waited for 20 minutes in the waiting area. When I got home, there was no sauce! What a disappointment.

Just popped to Poole wedded gate and ordered a chicken Big Mac meal. On the board at £6.69. Gentleman at machine asked what drink so I said coke. Went up 20p. I said why is it more and he couldn’t say them said the meal was only a burger and fries. I said does it not come with a drink? He said drive round. A lady came to the window and said the meal includes any sugar free drink but because I said coke it’s more due to sugar tax. So I said fine just a Diet Coke. Then went to next window and the manager openly slagging me off saying I don’t care bla bla bla. Mate you work on me Donald for a reason and to openly stand by window having a dig because I questioned why price went up! Shocking every time I come here food is aweful , something always missing amd today had only half Cup of diet non taxed coke! Someone needs to sort this store out. Joke and manager rude.

The McDonald's in Hampshire is the worst. Fast food, huh?? I could have cooked a meal faster myself! The service is poorly managed and shameful. The carbon footprint must be huge with all the idle traffic waiting for slow service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

This McDonald's has the slowest service I have ever experienced. The team seems to be poorly managed as I have been waiting for almost an hour for my food.
