Bidrage med feedbackI placed an order at 7:30pm to be delivered to my home. I called the restaurant at 8:00pm and was told that my order was on its way. However, it still had not arrived, so I called back at 8:15pm and was informed that the order had not even left the restaurant yet. The person on the phone lied to me and hung up. I called back 10 minutes later and there was still no progress, so I demanded a full refund, which I eventually received. I will never patronize this terrible restaurant again, and I urge others to find a different place to spend their money on dining in or out. Please avoid this place!
We always order from this Chinese. The vegetables are so fresh, everything is cook perfect, not to salty which I find in other Chinese takeaway. We live in Upton and the food is always hot. Would highly recommend mandarin chef they don't disappoint.
Last night we ordered from here at 5:50pm to be delivered at 7pm, 7:44pm comes along and they cancel my order. Nearly 2 hours after ordering this restaurant cancels the order with no explanation and my refund still hasn’t been processed. Trying to call the restaurant you just get user busy. Avoid at all costs if you actually want to receive your food!!
The delivery driver brought our meal and mentioned that there was a minor spillage. However, upon inspection, it was more than just a small spillage as all the meals had leaked sauce and were sitting at the bottom of the carrier bag. I contacted the restaurant and overheard them discussing how it would still taste good. After some back and forth, they agreed to send a new meal and have the driver take the old one. When the driver arrived, he seemed annoyed and asked what the problem was. I explained about the sauce, and he simply took the bag, handed over the new meal, and left. Unfortunately, the new meal did not have any mushrooms or vegetables, only butternut squash and carrots, which affected the taste and overall experience.
The delivery took 1 hour and 15 minutes, and the wrong food was delivered. This is the second time we have had issues with this restaurant. We will not be using them again. When we called to make a complaint, the person on the phone was unhelpful and made it seem like we were lying. They claimed that the driver only had 2 deliveries and that the other customer received the correct order, so we must have as well. There was no apology for the possibility of a mistake in the kitchen. We ended up having to cook for the children because they couldn't eat what was delivered, which upset them. We did not receive any credit for the missing items. Overall, the customer service was terrible.
