Domino's Pizza - Poole

I'll give them their due their pizzas are nice and their chicken Kickers are amazing but despite that the prices are way to high no pizza is worth that, I would go much more regularly if not weekly if it was more reasonably priced instead I only go as a rare treat or with mates and even then we have to think about it.

I ordered a pizza on the Dominoes APP to parkstone for collection. I ordered gluten free as I needed this due to allergies, and I also have a dairy allergy I have always called up after ordering online to get my cheese changed to vegan cheese. I phoned up and spoke to a lady who was super rude and said “I can’t do that as my head office told me not to” so I advised her this was due to an allergy, and she tutted and said regardless she wasn’t allowed and cancelled my order and hung up. I phoned up another store and asked if this was possible (as it always has been) and they said yes this was fine. Disgusting attitude from the woman who I spoke to who clearly has no knowledge of people with allergies! As a Coeliac, with a dairy allergy I will not be able to have pizza again! I’m gutted. Shame on you dominoes.

Okay.... so the pizza was missing half the cheese, accidents happen. Tried eporting it to the staff and wow!!!! Extremely unhelpful and rude. Waiting for the manager to call me back...

I love the pizzas at this restaurant, but I am tired of receiving cold or lukewarm pizzas when they are delivered to my door. Often, once the delivery person hands over the boxes, I am left with no choice but to eat the cold food or call the restaurant and wait another 45 minutes for a replacement. The app shows that my food sits in Quality Check for a long time before being delivered, so it would be helpful if the app could track the delivery driver in real time.

I went to order pizza at the shop. It was spacious and not overcrowded. There were two other ladies waiting for their order. Suddenly, a guy from the kitchen opened the door and in an exceptionally rude manner told us all to leave the place. Leave now. It is Dominos policy and showed us towards the door. We had to wait standing outside for over 10 minutes and nobody told us that our orders are ready. I could understand concern, but the space is big enough to handle 2 3 customers safely. Also, none of the staff was wearing masks including a person who was taking orders and the same rude guy who kicked us out. If you do not want to feel humiliated and disrespected avoid this place.
