Onda Grill Sun - Ponta Do Sol

I was here with my son a couple of days ago. We both had a steak, medium. The steaks were served on a heated plate to keep it warm. Unfortunately the plate didn't work properly. First they stopped en then they went full gas. The steaks turned from medium to black. The waiter was sorry and asked my son (10) if he wanted an ice cream. I thought it was to compensate the not so great food but he put it on the bill. 46 euro's for 2 not so great steaks.

As mentioned, service is not great, portions are very large and good value! Just needs a little more care to be attentive and would be a great value restaurant

This lovely restaurant is located at Ponta do Sol, Lugar de Baixo , situated right by the beach. Lovely views of Ribeira Brava and the coast. An extensive menu is available, but we only had a coffee.

Staff was all very nice and attentive. And great food !

Restaurante com boa vista, no entanto, por minha experiência, pedimos um polvo á lagareiro e o polvo estava com areia. O sabor estava lá, tanto das entradas como o prato principal as lapas estavam muito boas, mas se o polvo fosse melhor lavado estava top. Staff ok também.
