Unfortunately having arrived late we had to dine with a little hurry and we were denied the possibility to take the coffee/lover due to break of the coffee machine. All in all the location is spectacular, being my first time at the Canteen of Poltu Quatu and having supper outside the walls of the room, I was hoping for a more enlivened atmosphere or at least with some background music that did not come from other locals near.. The food was really good the service was very good despite having less time available the boys at the service were very fast. I'll definitely come back.

Good morning We stayed last night at the canton of Poltu Quatu. We understand the difficulty in finding waiters, but entrust the service to the table to a young incompetent waiter because not previously prepared, who confirmed that his activity normally is that of the bricklayer and who was only there to do a favor to the restaurant, really it is too, considering also the price! The rest of the waiters at the restaurant were young, unprepared and unorganized. At some point, a waiter who had a plate of flow for his hands, who was serving at a client table, falls on the ground breaking and overthrowing all the food on the ground. Orbene cocci with food remained lper terra for about 15 minutes before someone collected them and cleaned the floor. While people went and came trampling food on the floor with the amazement of all of us! Here comes the ns dish without the contour we ordered. The waiter apologizes and after a while he brings us the contour different from the one we ordered. We preferred to avoid it because now the situation has become ridiculous and embarrassing. We no longer ordered anything and we went paying for a table dish, two seconds with beer and two bottles of water about € 133.00. We believe that the restaurant manager should have prepared the waiters and still supervise the situation

Excellent dishes, excellent raw material quality. It's just a shame for the service, but for the rest it's okay
