Royal Castle - Point Fortin

They always burn the food... the burgers are burned, the fries are burned, heard ppl say the chicken is burned too! They never have a driver so the phone doesn't work. You can't call and order ahead for pick-up. The staff need customer service training.

Terrible service at the Point Fortin branch. They close at 7pm, and sometimes 6:30pm. Don't bother trying asking any questions, because you'll be met with a disgruntled attitude. Management, please retrain your staff, and institute some measure of consequences to their poor performance. Having said that...chicken and pepper sauce on point tho...hence the 1 Star.

The chicken sandwich was the bomb. A large chickhen fillet well seasoned and tasty. The staff werr freindly and very accomodating. I enjoyed purchasing at this outlet

Its solely for pickup and seldom crowded. Wait time is short. Service is quick and all menus are visibly displayed electronically.

11am and the place lock up tight. There are people inside but no one infront
