The owner Eliu is so nice. The mass is authenicaly handmade, he even explained how, but I forgot, I tried the Portobello Verde and they were both very tasty, but my Fav had to be the Portobello tamale it somehow tasted like ground meat!
My biggest regret about the holiday is that we have not received these fools again, they are from a small street food car that makes them all by hand. I have the broccoli and lentils that were incredible, especially because we ate them on the beach. If you've never had a deception, it's a corn with filling wrapped in a corn shell and steamed. They are soft and so delicious and that was the best I ever had.
I was shortchanged a lot of mx$ by eliu, always with a business smile. He killed more than he was freed from my mess all day. it looked like he was used to it. Chancellor! he's pretty pervert, a gold grave. their tamales are inconsistent and so tiny little. there is not much fill in the tamäern. one of the tamales I had was half the size of the others and had only one spoon full. 35 pesos for it? the same price as the others? some are so fat and/or salty. they use too much oil and salt. 35 pesos for a tamal that is overpriced for size and quality. they are not vegan. vegan deceptions are damped together with nonvegan deceptions in the steamer. bad food experience of the owners is not a good person. updated by previous review on 2022-04-10
Often came back to the food truck to say goodbye to eliu’s tamale, made with passion. he explained to us the ancestral way of making deceit and how he thrives to keep on his roots, while for our vegan community. many blessings
